People en Español informó que Brittany Furlan rescató a Neena, su perra de diez años, después de que un coyote la agarrara en el jardín de su casa en Brentwood, Los Ángeles. Según el medio, Furlan salió tras el animal y recuperó a Neena cuando la soltó; la nota afirma que la perra quedó a salvo.

En una nota escrita por Teresa Aranguez y actualizada el 26 de septiembre de 2024, People en Español identificó a Furlan como comediante y esposa de Tommy Lee. El relato indica que Neena había salido al jardín cuando un coyote la agarró y corrió con ella. Furlan vio el ataque, salió tras el animal y recuperó a la perra cuando este la soltó.
El medio sitúa la casa familiar en Brentwood, Los Ángeles, y dice que Neena quedó a salvo. La nota no ofrece una confirmación veterinaria independiente de su estado.
