The tender moment is clear in the accounts; several details around it are not.
What does the video show?
iHeartDogs describes Ibrahim encountering a couple of stray dogs, hugging them, walking away, and coming back for more hugs. It says a nearby stranger recorded the scene and credits a Facebook video. iHeartDogs’ account is a secondary report, not an interview with the child or recorder.
Klipland also describes a clip of Ibrahim hugging two street dogs, leaving, and returning. Its page credits Animal Buddy on YouTube. Klipland’s account likewise does not independently establish who first recorded or posted the footage.
Who is Ibrahim, and where was the clip filmed?
Both reports identify the boy as Ibrahim. Klipland says he is from Grozny, Russia, but the reviewed accounts do not independently verify where the footage was recorded. Neither page supplies a reliable date for the encounter; their publication dates should not be mistaken for the day the video was filmed.

Was he going to school or coming home?
The accounts differ. iHeartDogs says Ibrahim was heading to school, while Klipland describes the encounter as happening on his way home. Without a stronger source, it is more accurate to call it a moment on a school route than to say which direction he was traveling.
What is known about the dogs?
The reports call them street dogs or strays, but neither provides a veterinary assessment or reliable information about their health, temperament, ownership, or what happened to them afterward. The clip’s affectionate moment is not enough to establish those details.
