The story says Pinky Paws Search & ResQ joined the effort, rescuers set traps, and Beckham’s future foster mother launched a drone to locate him. After he evaded capture attempts, the team caught him; the account later reports that he was adopted.
How rescuers located Beckham
In the account by Dee Michaels, Pinky Paws Search & ResQ was asked to help find Beckham. Rescuers set traps, while the woman who would later foster him used a drone to search for his location. The story says Beckham circled the crates and avoided capture attempts before the rescuers caught him.

The report does not identify where the search took place, what kind of traps were used, how the team ultimately captured Beckham, or what drone model was flown. It is a brief account rather than a technical description of the search.
What happened after Beckham was caught
The iHeartDogs story says Beckham initially hid in a bathroom at his foster home. His foster mother hand-fed him, then introduced him to her other dogs after two weeks. The account says he later found an adoptive family; it does not provide adoption documentation.

What the account establishes—and what it does not
The story reports that Beckham had a zip tie around his muzzle and describes the rescue group’s involvement, the drone-assisted search, his capture, and his reported path through foster care to adoption. It does not name the person who put the zip tie on him or establish how long it had been there.
An author listing reproduces the sentence, “The last human that touched him put a zip tie around his muzzle,” but does not identify who said it. The line therefore cannot be attributed to a named rescuer or caregiver.
The account is available as indexed text credited to Dee Michaels and dated August 22, 2024. Its page could not be retrieved directly for verification, and no primary rescue record, original footage, or independent adoption confirmation was located. The details above should be understood as iHeartDogs’ report, not as independently confirmed records.
