EasyWeek for Veterinary Clinics is CRM and online appointment-booking software for veterinary practices. It brings online booking together with doctor scheduling, pet medical records, consultations, invoices and online payments. Clients can arrange appointments at any time, while the clinic sets the working hours available for booking.

Pricing

EasyWeek uses a freemium model. Its Free forever plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes essential features and basic booking functionality. The Pro plan costs 8.33 USD per month, billed per month. Paid plans include a 14-day trial.

The free subscription does not include automated reminders, detailed analytics or priority support; those require a paid subscription. Third-party charges, including fees for SMS, WhatsApp, Stripe and PayPal, are not included in plan prices.

Platforms

EasyWeek is listed for Android, iOS, web and extension. The company says its business app is available for iPhone and Android; the veterinary page also names iPad. Website booking is available for clients.

Who it's for

EasyWeek may suit veterinary practices looking for online appointment booking alongside scheduling and pet record tracking. Practices that want clients to book beyond office hours can configure bookable working hours, and those needing remote visits can consider its listed online consultations and telehealth support.

Its booking and calendar tools may also be relevant to clinics coordinating multiple doctors or recurring visits. Practices should account for the free plan’s limits and any third-party messaging or payment fees when deciding whether the paid plan fits their needs.
