Meet Teal, the pool-loving Labrador
In its September 6, 2023 story, iHeartDogs describes Teal as a Black Labrador whose owners bought her a kiddie pool as the weather warmed. The article says she splashes in the water with her paws and swims.
What the video story establishes
The story credits the video to ViralHog via YouTube. The YouTube page itself was not independently retrievable, so details beyond the iHeartDogs account—including the man’s identity, the owners’ names, the pool’s make, and when the original video was posted—are not established. The September 6, 2023 date is the iHeartDogs article’s publication date, not a confirmed date for the original video.
Teal’s enthusiastic splashing makes for a cheerful poolside moment; it is not evidence of a particular swimming skill or a claim about Labradors generally.
