What is confirmed about the Embark deal?
Amazon’s official Prime Big Deal Days page confirms the U.S. event dates and that it was for Prime members. It does not establish an Embark promotion or the advertised discount. The “up to 20% off” claim therefore cannot be confirmed from the event information alone.
Because the event ended at 11:59 p.m. PDT on October 7, 2026, a live listing may no longer show the event price. If you are checking a listing or archived offer, verify the specific kit, seller, displayed price, Prime eligibility and cutoff; do not assume an event-wide discount applied to Embark.
Which Embark test might suit your dog?
Embark’s official product page identifies Breed ID and Breed + Health kit options. If both appear in a deal listing, choose by what you want to learn, and confirm the included features on that listing because kit names and offers may change.

How to assess a sale listing
- Search Amazon for “Embark dog DNA test.”
- Confirm the listing names the kit you want, rather than relying on a general Embark search result.
- Check who the seller is, the current price, any stated reference price, Prime eligibility and any offer terms.
- Compare the listed price with the price you would otherwise pay for the same kit. Embark’s direct-store price is not evidence of Amazon’s sale price.
What Embark health results can—and cannot—tell you
Embark says, “Genetic health results are not a diagnosis but can inform you of potential risks.” The company cannot evaluate a dog clinically; if a result suggests increased clinical risk, Embark encourages owners to contact a veterinarian and share the Veterinary Report. Read the company’s explanation of health-result limitations before treating a screening result as a medical conclusion.
