PETLIBRO’s UK product page specifies that this feeder is made for dry food. It should not be treated as a wet-food dispenser. If your pet eats wet food or a diet that needs a different dispensing method, this model does not match that requirement.

Camera storage: microSD or optional cloud
PETLIBRO describes a no-subscription option that stores video on an SD card, as well as optional Video Cloud plans. Its UK page supports microSD cards up to 128 GB and says the card is not included. Confirm card compatibility for your market and exact model. A cloud plan is optional for storage according to the US page; the available information does not establish that a subscription is required for live camera access.

Tom’s Guide’s reviewer reported using a microSD card to save video during a month with the feeder. The review also described a paid cloud option, but that account is one reviewer’s experience and does not settle current plan terms or prices. What one month of hands-on use revealed
In a review published December 4, 2025, Tom’s Guide described using the feeder for a month to monitor two cats with different food needs. The reviewer reported remote dispensing, saving video to microSD, dispensing small portions and using the speaker to call a cat. The same reviewer said the backup setup used three D batteries, sold separately. Because the report may refer to a particular revision, confirm battery type and backup behavior in the manual for the exact feeder before buying batteries or relying on backup power.

- Consider it if your pet eats dry food and you want app-managed schedules alongside a camera and two-way audio.
- Consider the dual-bowl version if two bowls suit your feeding setup; do not assume bowl count guarantees separate feeding or portion control between pets.
- Plan for an extra purchase if you want local recordings: the UK listing says the microSD card is not included.
- Look elsewhere if you need a wet-food feeder or if your decision depends on a feature or regional specification not confirmed on the applicable product page.
