The shelter listing describes him as a talker and recommends an only-pet household, but his history and compatibility with other animals are unknown. Contact the shelter promptly to confirm he is still available and arrange a meeting.
What the shelter listing says about Cooper
Cooper’s Petfinder listing identifies him as a medium-sized, black-and-white (tuxedo) domestic shorthair. It says he was rescued from a local park and has an unknown history. The listing’s shelter-authored story calls him “a talker” and invites prospective adopters to come meet him.
The listing gives conflicting age descriptions: its summary labels him an adult aged 3–8 years, while the story says “I am 1 to 2 years old.” Neither description should be treated as confirmed; ask the shelter about his age. The story is listing copy, not a veterinary assessment or independently verified behavior evaluation. View Cooper’s Petfinder listing.
Is Cooper a fit for your household?
The listing says Cooper’s compatibility with other animals is unknown and recommends that he be the only pet in the home. It also marks his compatibility with children as unknown. Ask shelter staff what they can share about his needs and household fit; the listing does not establish how he behaves around children or other animals.
