Vetted announced its launch in Bengaluru on October 7, 2026, bringing veterinary consultations, pet pharmacy, retail and grooming together in an app for Indian pet parents. The company says it connects users with existing local businesses; its announcement names partners in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Kochi, but does not establish that every listed service is bookable in every city.
What the Vetted app says it offers
Vetted is presented as a service-discovery and commerce platform linking pet parents with local providers. Its stated categories are veterinary consultations, pharmacy and pet-care essentials, retail and accessories, and grooming. The company describes the app as designed for Indian pet parents and local businesses.
The India App Store listing identifies Vetted First Private Limited as the developer and describes consultations, appointment booking, shopping, pet care and medication access. The listing says there are not enough ratings to display an overview. The launch announcement and App Store listing indicate that launch has occurred, although current Google Play availability was not established.
Which partner businesses did Vetted name?
In its October 7, 2026 launch announcement, Vetted reported the following onboarded businesses:

#1 Best Overall
| City | Businesses named in the launch announcement |
|---|---|
| Bengaluru | Dr. Paws, Curious Cat Company, Muttley Crew, Woof & Cook, Paws & Us, and FurJeevan |
| Mumbai | Homiee and Ginger and Let’s Wag |
| Pune | Woofy Doo |
| Kochi | Zoomys Wellness |
The announcement describes these businesses as onboarded partners. It does not provide a complete, current catalog showing which partner offers which service, whether each service can be booked in the app, or whether all partners are available across all listed cities.
What “verification-first” means—and what is not established
“Verification-first” is how the launch announcement and company description characterize Vetted. The company says its platform is intended to make existing pet-care businesses more discoverable, rather than replace their relationships with customers. The announcement states: “At Vetted, we’re building the connective layer that brings these businesses together on one verified platform – helping a pharmacy, a local clinic or a trusted groomer become more discoverable without replacing the relationships they’ve built.”
The available descriptions do not detail how providers are checked, what documents or credentials are required, whether checks are repeated, or how complaints and inaccurate listings are handled. The characterization therefore reflects Vetted’s positioning, not an independently established audit of its verification procedures or partner credentials.
What pet parents should check before relying on a listing
For searches such as “vet near me,” “pet pharmacy” or “pet grooming near me,” an app listing can help surface local options. Before booking or buying, confirm the details that affect your pet’s care and your plans:

- Whether the provider is currently available in your city and offers the specific service you need.
- For veterinary care, the consultation format and how to reach the clinic or veterinarian if your pet needs urgent attention.
- For medication, the product, prescription requirements and fulfillment or delivery arrangements.
- For grooming or appointments, the service scope, timing, location and price before confirming.
These are practical details to verify with the provider; the launch announcement and app description do not establish a complete city-by-city service catalog or spell out these terms.

The company website has also appeared with “Launching Soon on iOS and Android” wording, but that conflicts with the later launch announcement and India App Store listing. The dated announcement and listing are stronger evidence that the app has launched. The sources available do not confirm its current Google Play status or precisely which partners and services are live in each city, so the named roster should not be treated as a guarantee of comprehensive local coverage.
