Carl, a Pit Bull featured in an iHeartDogs story, was taken to a veterinary office after injuring his leg. The article describes him whining during the visit and going quiet afterward—an amusing account of one dog’s reaction, not a clinical assessment of his behavior.
What happened to Carl at the vet?
In Adri Sandoval’s February 24, 2018, iHeartDogs story, Carl’s people bring him to a veterinary office after he injures his leg. During the visit, he whines. Later, he becomes quiet, which the article jokingly characterizes as giving his people “the silent treatment.”
