Ask HES to confirm Lucy’s adoption fee
Lucy’s Petfinder listing shows a $25 adoption fee, while HES’s organization profile on Petfinder gives a general $50 dog adoption fee. Because those published amounts conflict, neither should be treated as Lucy’s confirmed fee. Ask HES directly what applies to her and what the fee includes.
HES’s general profile says its dog adoption fee includes a microchip, DAPPv and bordetella vaccines, a heartworm test, spay/neuter, and a rabies vaccine, with age-related exceptions. Confirm which services are included for Lucy rather than assuming the general policy applies without exception.
