Who tweets for Rahul Gandhi?
The Pidi caption was a joke, but a later account offers a more grounded description of Gandhi’s communications process. The Indian Express reported that Gandhi said he reflected on issues and gave suggestions to a communications team of two or three people, who refined the content before it was posted.
