In an FDA sampling study conducted from 2010 to 2012, 15 of 196 raw pet-food samples tested positive for Salmonella and 32 of 196 tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes. These are category-level findings from the raw foods sampled, not tests of Shepherd Boy Farms products.
