Is the dog-yoga donation required for festival entry?
No general donation requirement appears in the main festival listing, which says entry is free. A separate World Animal Day Yoga with Paws-A-While listing describes a pet-food donation for shelters in connection with that session. Treat that as specific to the separately listed yoga activity, not as a condition of entry to the festival.
Who organises the festival?
Paws-A-While presents the event as a celebration of animals, rescue, community and kindness. Its World Animal Day and CSR page describes work and support connected with adoption, education, sterilisation, vaccination, rescue and rehoming, shelter resources and event logistics.
