The change is striking not only on the scale: the report describes her moving from needing help to stand to walking around the rescue and crossing grass.
How much weight did Bella lose in 10 weeks?
According to DogTime’s October 6, 2026 report, Bella weighed 42.2 kilograms at the start of the documented period and 34.8 kilograms at the week-10 weigh-in. That is a reported difference of 7.4 kilograms. These are measurements reported by DogTime, not independently confirmed figures.
DogTime says the account @wearehappydoggo shared weekly updates and weigh-ins. The report also says the video had more than 24,000 likes, a count reported at the time of publication rather than independently checked.
What changed in Bella’s movement?
The report describes early footage in which Bella needed help standing. Later clips showed her walking around the rescue, stepping onto small steps, and moving across grass. That visible contrast is the heart of the story: the reported progress is reflected in how she gets around, not just in a lower number on the scale.

The report does not describe Bella’s diet, exercise routine, veterinary care, or weight-loss target. It therefore cannot support a specific explanation for her progress or a recommendation for another dog. Bella’s reported result should not be treated as a prescribed pace or plan; an individual dog’s weight management depends on its own circumstances and care.
