A clip shared by DogTime pairs Lenny, a Samoyed, with Betty White, a Pomeranian: Lenny strolls at an easy pace while Betty quick-steps beside him. A switch in the soundtrack makes their difference in pace the punchline.
Two dogs, two very different walking rhythms
In the reel shared by @oneandahalfclouds, Lenny and Betty White walk along a leafy outdoor path. DogTime describes Lenny as moving steadily and without apparent hurry, while Betty hustles to keep up. The account profile reportedly identifies the dogs as big brother and little sister.
The edit plays up the contrast: a calm rhythm accompanies Lenny, then the music picks up when the camera turns to Betty. DogTime reports that the caption says, “Her little legs were moving as fast as they could.”
Why the size difference makes the joke work
Lenny is a Samoyed and Betty is a Pomeranian, so the difference in their apparent stride is easy to notice. DogTime attributes the contrast partly to their size and leg length; that is an explanation of the clip’s visual joke, not a measured gait comparison or veterinary assessment.

What the clip does—and does not—show
The video is presented as lighthearted entertainment. It does not establish that either dog has a health or training problem, or that either needs different walking equipment. A brief clip and its soundtrack cannot answer those questions.
