Use the official Pets at Home Find Us store finder to search by town or postcode, then open the page for the exact location you plan to visit. Check its address, opening hours and listed services there; grooming, veterinary care and collection options can vary between stores. If your trip depends on a particular service or order, confirm availability with that location before setting off.
Find the right store
- Go to Pets at Home’s official Find Us store finder.
- Enter a town or postcode and choose the relevant result. You can also browse the location directory by area if that is more convenient.
- Open the page for the specific store—not just a nearby result or area directory entry.
Searching by town or postcode helps narrow the options, but the location page is the useful check before a visit: it provides information such as the store’s street address and opening hours. The store finder is a starting point for selecting a location; it is not a reason to assume that every result has the same services or collection arrangements.

If several results appear, compare the actual location pages rather than choosing only by the name of the town or area. A directory can help you browse places in an area, while the individual page lets you check the details for one particular store. Keep the page for the location you expect to visit open as you check its address, hours and services. This helps prevent a common mistake: reading a service indicator for one result and treating it as confirmation for a different nearby result.

Check the address and opening hours
Compare the address with the destination you intended to visit, especially if several results appear for the same area. Check the hours for the day you plan to go and look at any current open-or-closed status shown on the page. Hours can change, so revisit the listing close to your trip rather than relying on an old search result or a previous visit.
Check the day as well as the time. A page’s general opening-hours information is useful for planning, but the hours need to match the particular day you intend to go. If you are choosing between two locations, compare each specific page against the same planned day and time rather than comparing an address from one page with hours remembered from another. An open-or-closed status can also help you interpret the listing at the time you view it, but it does not replace checking the hours for your future visit.
Rechecking matters because both opening times and service availability can change. If the journey is important or depends on a narrow visiting window, check the location page again close to departure. Do not treat a previous visit, an old saved result or a listing for a different location as current confirmation. If the page does not make a detail clear, use the location’s enquiry route or contact details, where shown, to ask before travelling.

Confirm that the service you need is listed
Look for service indicators and the location’s “Also available in-store” section. Where separate grooming or veterinary service listings appear, check those for the chosen location too. A service offered at one store is not evidence that another store offers it.
Read the listing as location-specific information, not as a general description of every Pets at Home store. Service indicators can distinguish between a store and additional services associated with that location. The Greater London directory, for example, marks individual locations with store, grooming and Vets for Pets indicators. These labels are useful for spotting possible options, but the page for the location you plan to visit is the stronger final check.
Look for the exact service, rather than inferring it from a broad label or from another location’s page. A store page may show a service indicator and may also include an “Also available in-store” section. If separate grooming or veterinary listings are provided, check those as well. The sections serve as practical signposts: they help you identify what the page says is available at that place, without turning one store’s service list into a guarantee about a different place.

- [UPDATED VESION, EASY TO PUT ON & TAKE OFF] This dog harness has 3 buckles( One is on the neck with Lockable, two are on the chest), NO NEED go through dog’s head. This will let your dog loves to wear harness!
- [NO PULL WITH 2 HOOK LOOPS] There are 2 sturdy metal hook loops for leash attachment. If you use the front hook on the chest, it will reduce the pulling a lot and make going for a walk more enjoyable. As usual, most people like to use the back hook.
- [REFLECTIVE MATERIAL] The reflective material will be really nice when it gets dark. Also, your dog will be saw easily. This reflective material can make drivers have long time to react, which ensure your dog’s safety!
- [USEFUL & SOFT HANDLES] You will like this handle on the back,it is helpful in controlling dogs a bit closer to you when they are trying to lunge at something. Also, it is convenient to assist dogs into the car.
- [100% BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE] If any products quality really exits, a refund or replacement will be available.
If a service you want is not shown, do not assume that it is available simply because you have seen it at another store or in a general service category. Treat the missing or unclear information as a reason to check with the location before making the trip. Conversely, a listing is useful evidence of what that page presents, but details can change, so confirm time-sensitive or appointment-dependent arrangements through the relevant enquiry or booking route.

Grooming and veterinary services are location-specific. For example, the Dagenham location page lists a veterinary service in its “Also available” section, while grooming is not listed there. Treat that as an example of why to check each location’s own page, not as a complete directory of services or a guarantee that listings will remain unchanged.
Hendon illustrates a different combination: its location page lists both grooming and veterinary services. Taken together, the Hendon and Dagenham examples show why it is better to compare the actual pages than to generalise from a service available in one location. One page listing veterinary care does not establish that grooming is present there; one store page listing grooming does not establish that another store offers it. The relevant question is whether the service is listed for the location you selected.
Pets at Home’s official booking hub groups information and routes under vets, grooming, events and workshops, and advice. It also offers a route to find a practice. Use the relevant section if you need to move from a general location check to a service-specific enquiry or booking. A store listing can help you screen locations, while the relevant booking or enquiry route is the next step when your visit depends on an appointment or on details beyond the store’s general page.
Do not treat the existence of a booking category as proof that every location provides that service, or that an appointment is available at a particular time. Select the location and service relevant to your plans, then follow the applicable route and check the details shown there. If the service page and store page leave you uncertain about whether the selected location is right, confirm with that location before travelling.
Other in-store services and collection
Some location pages list additional options. The Hendon page, for example, lists Click & Collect, free help and advice, free harness fitting, free weight checks, nutrition consultations, licensed medicines and a carry-to-car service. These are examples from that location, not a promise that every store provides them.

- 【No Pull & No Choke Design】: This harness simply goes through the dog's head, snaps on the belly and that's the end of it. Besides, the D-ring on the chest strap is used for no pull dog training and guiding direction, and the O-ring on the back is used for daily dog walking. The triangular design on both sides of this no pull harness helps to distribute the pulling force, so you don't have to worry about the dog choking when suddenly pulling.
- 【Soft Velvet Padded & Durable】: With soft thicken and wider fleece pads used beneath the strap of neck, back and handle atop, this dog harness could reduce friction from movement and protect the health of the dog's skin. It also uses superior nylon material to ensure long-lasting use.
- 【Leash Double Handle & Elastic Band】: You can use the top handle for casual dog walking, and the center handle for controlling the direction of the dog, easily guiding it through crowded areas and preventing storming in case of accidents. And the springy design of the leash really absorbs the pull from large strong dogs without tugging on your wrist and shoulder.
- 【Neck & Chest Adjustable】: SlowTon dog harness is equipped with adjustable loop for both neck and chest girth, and the quick-release buckle allows for quick donning. No matter what kind of breed and shape, it provides proper length after adjusting to fit your dog's neck and chest, which is perfectly designed for walking, jogging, running, hiking and training.
- 【Tangle-free Leash & Reflective】: The heavy-duty 360°swivel metal hook ensures no tangle. Plus, it has an elastic bungee and 2 padded handles, which is great for walking training of city dogs, or wandering off in country. Furthermore, its super bright reflective strips ensure a safe walk both day and night. And it comes with 2 hook and loop straps, a regular one Support Dog and the reflective one DO NOT PET.
Use this list as a reminder to check for the particular help or facility you need, not as a universal store checklist. If you are looking for harness help, for instance, Hendon’s page says that free harness fitting is available there. That does not establish that the same service is offered at a different location. If you are planning to buy a dog harness and want fitting help as part of the visit, verify that the chosen store lists the service before you travel.
The same location-by-location approach applies to free weight checks, nutrition consultations, licensed medicines, free help and advice, and carry-to-car service. These are named on the Hendon listing, but the example does not verify their availability elsewhere. Read the chosen store’s own list and contact it if a service is important and its listing is unclear. Avoid planning around a feature you saw on another location’s page.
Click & Collect needs an additional check. The Hendon listing cautions that availability may vary by store. If you are collecting an order, check the selected store and the order details; do not assume that the option is available at every location or that a store’s general service listing confirms the status of your particular order. If the order details and location information do not give you a clear answer, use the appropriate enquiry route before setting off.
When to contact the store before travelling
Contact the location or use its enquiry or booking route if the visit depends on a specific appointment, service, collection order or other detail that is not clear on the page. This is especially useful when the listing does not show the service you need, the information conflicts with your order details, or you want to avoid a wasted journey. Recheck the location page close to your visit because hours and service availability can change.
Make the question specific: identify the location and the service or collection arrangement you need to verify. If your plan involves grooming or veterinary care, use the relevant listing or booking route rather than relying only on the general store page. If it involves Click & Collect, check the selected location and order details. If a service name appears on an area directory but not clearly on the chosen location page, ask about that location rather than treating the directory label as a complete answer.
It is particularly worth confirming when a service is essential to the trip, when the page is unclear, or when the information you see in different places does not match. The purpose is not to contact a store for every routine visit; it is to resolve a material uncertainty before travelling. For an ordinary shopping visit, checking the correct address and hours may be sufficient. For an appointment, a specific in-store service or an order collection, check the additional details that determine whether the trip will meet your needs.

There is no single set of service combinations that can be assumed for all locations. The directory and location pages help you compare options, but they are not an audit of every store and cannot guarantee that details will remain unchanged. Use them as current location-level information, and verify time-sensitive arrangements close to the visit.
A quick pre-visit checklist
- Correct location: the page matches the store you intend to visit, not simply another result in the same area.
- Address: the street address is the right destination.
- Hours: the listed hours cover the day and time you plan to go; recheck close to the visit.
- Service: the exact service you need is explicitly listed for that location. Check the relevant service listing where one is provided.
- Booking or collection: any appointment or order-specific availability is confirmed before you set off.
- Unclear details: use the location’s contact, enquiry or booking route to resolve anything that could change whether the trip is worthwhile.
For a quick comparison between locations, use the same checklist for each one: address and distance, suitable hours, the service you need, and any booking or collection confirmation. This keeps the decision grounded in details for the exact stores you are considering. A store that is nearer may be less suitable if it does not list the required service; another location may be a better match if its page does. Verify the final choice rather than relying on assumptions drawn from a nearby store.
What the store finder can and cannot tell you
The official Find Us route is useful for finding a location and moving from an area search to its address, opening hours and listed services. It can help you screen locations before a visit and compare the information shown for each one. The location page is the reference point for that particular store; the area directory is a way to browse, not a substitute for checking the specific page.
A listing is not a promise that every listed service will suit the exact purpose or timing of your trip. Grooming and veterinary care are not universal across all locations, and Click & Collect availability may vary. The pages also do not establish that every detail is permanent. For a service appointment, collection order or other detail that affects whether you should travel, follow the relevant booking or enquiry route and confirm the location-specific information.
No general store count or quoted figure is needed to find the right location, and a total number of stores would not answer whether a particular branch offers the service you want. Focus instead on the store finder result, the chosen location’s current page and the practical details for your visit. That combination gives you a clearer basis for deciding where to go and what to confirm first.

How can I check a Pets at Home store’s opening hours?
Open the page for the exact location you plan to visit and check its listed hours for the day you intend to go. The page may also show a current open-or-closed status. Recheck close to your visit because hours can change.
Do all Pets at Home stores have grooming and veterinary services?
Do not assume that they do. Grooming and veterinary services vary by location. Check the specific store page and any separate grooming or veterinary listing shown for that location; use the relevant booking route if you need to arrange a service.
Does every Pets at Home store offer Click & Collect?
The Hendon listing notes that Click & Collect availability may vary by store. Check the store selected for your order and the order details before travelling rather than assuming the option is available everywhere.
What other services might a store list?
The Hendon page lists free help and advice, free harness fitting, free weight checks, nutrition consultations, licensed medicines and a carry-to-car service, as well as Click & Collect. These are examples from Hendon, not a guarantee for every store. Check the chosen location’s own page.
What should I compare when choosing between two locations?
Compare the locations’ addresses and distance, opening hours for your planned visit, whether each page explicitly lists the service you need, and whether an appointment or collection requires confirmation. Choose based on the details for the specific locations, not on assumptions about nearby stores.
What should I do if a store page does not clearly show the service I need?
Use the location’s enquiry or contact route, where available, or the relevant booking route to check before travelling. This is especially important if the service or collection is essential to your trip or if the information shown conflicts with your order details.
The Bottom Line
Search by town or postcode, open the page for the exact Pets at Home location you plan to visit, and check its address, hours and service list. Because grooming, veterinary care and Click & Collect can vary by store, confirm any appointment or order-dependent detail with that location before setting off.
