The buns were reported in 2019, with apple jam and custard as the fillings; whether the bakery or the buns are available today has not been verified.
What are corgi butt bread buns?
They are bread rolls shaped to resemble a corgi’s rear end as it lies with its short back legs splayed behind it. The shape includes the breed’s distinctive bobtail, making the buns recognizable even from the back. My Modern Met described the design in its 2020 coverage: My Modern Met’s account of the corgi-shaped buns.

Which bakery made them, and what was inside?
The bakery is うちは、ぱんや。, rendered in English coverage as Uchi wa, panya! or Utiwapayna. It is identified as a Sapporo bakery. On June 2, 2019, the bakery’s account posted about “コーギーのおしり,” roughly “corgi’s bottom” or “corgi butt.” The post said the buns were baked and ready and listed apple jam and custard as the fillings, as reported by grape Japan’s 2019 article. The English wording here is an explanatory translation, not an official published translation.

Coverage establishes the fillings, but not the bun’s dough composition. In particular, the available reporting does not substantiate a claim that the buns were made with mochi dough.
