England said he had been told Ralph entered a nearby backyard, became trapped, and was driven from Yanchep to an industrial area in Myaree and left there. He also said he had seen a social-media post about someone trapping a cat and taking it to Myaree, and alleged that the person responsible had confessed in text messages. The June 6 report said the family had reported the matter to the RSPCA.
